Your Neighborhood Cleaning Company

House cleaning cost depends on home size, number of bathrooms, service type, and current condition of the home. A recurring clean costs less than a one-time deep clean because the home is already maintained. Rise and Shine provides flat-rate quotes — not hourly — so there are no surprises when the job is done. Call (503) 303-6990 or request a quote online to get your custom price.

Most households benefit from bi-weekly cleaning. Weekly service works best for homes with pets, young children, or high foot traffic. Monthly service suits smaller households or those who maintain cleaning between visits. Rise and Shine will help you find the right cadence after your first clean.

Getting a house cleaner is an excellent idea if you’re looking for professionally-done and high-quality cleaning services. ProfessiYour Rise and Shine cleaner arrives fully equipped with all supplies, does a walkthrough of your priorities, then cleans top to bottom without interrupting your day. Most clients leave during the clean. You'll receive a text when the job is complete. First-time cleans take longer than recurring visits — typically 3–5 hours depending on home size and condition.

A professional move-out clean gives you the best chance of recovering your full security deposit. Rise and Shine cleaners focus on the areas landlords inspect most — bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, cabinet interiors, and floors. Most clients who book a move-out clean report getting their full deposit back.

A deep cleaning is a top-to-bottom service that covers areas skipped in routine visits — baseboards, cabinet faces, window tracks, light fixtures, and door frames. It typically takes 3–5 hours. Regular recurring cleaning maintains a home that's already been professionally cleaned. Rise and Shine recommends starting with a deep clean before beginning any recurring service.

Most homes benefit from a deep clean once or twice a year, in addition to regular recurring service. Homes with pets, allergies, or recent renovation work may need deep cleaning more frequently. Rise and Shine also offers deep cleaning as a one-time service with no recurring commitment required.
