A Note from Debbie: Why This Garden Matters
I stopped by our Rise and Shine Giving Garden this morning, and it honestly took my breath away. Not because of what’s growing (though it's looking great!), but because of what this space represents.
When we launched this initiative, it wasn’t just about planting vegetables. It was about planting hope. We wanted to take the heart behind our cleaning business, serving others—and bring it outside, into the soil, where we could grow something nourishing for families in need.
Being out there today reminded me why this matters. There’s something really grounding about caring for a space that will feed someone else. It connects you to purpose in a very real way.
This garden is an extension of who we are at Rise and Shine: a team that shows up, gives back, and believes that even small acts of service can create real change.
