At Rise and Shine Cleaning, we believe in the power of community, and we’re excited to announce our partnership with the Portland Rescue Mission to collect new or gently used blankets and coats for those in need. This season, we are honored to collaborate with the Portland Rescue Mission, a well-known organization dedicated to helping those experiencing homelessness and hardship in our community. Together, we aim to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

If you’re a recurring client of Rise and Shine Cleaning Service, we invite you to join us in this heartwarming endeavor. From now until October 25, you can participate in our coat and blanket collection drive. Here’s how:

1. Clear Out for a Cause: Take a look through your closets and storage spaces. If you have new or gently used blankets and coats that you no longer need, this is the perfect opportunity to clear some space for the upcoming holiday season.
2. Leave Your Donations on Cleaning Day: On your scheduled cleaning day, simply leave your donations out for our cleaning team to collect. We’ll take care of the rest.
3. We’ll Deliver Them for You: Your donations will be delivered to the Portland Rescue Mission by our team, ensuring that they reach those who need them most.

Northwest winters can be harsh, and not everyone in our community has access to warm clothing and blankets. By participating in our collection drive, you are helping to make the coming winter a bit more bearable for those less fortunate.

Moreover, it’s a wonderful opportunity for us to come together as a community, showing that even small acts of kindness can have a significant impact. By sharing the warmth, we’re not only providing physical comfort but also reminding those in need that they are valued members of our community.
